The outstanding individuals and teams shortlisted for the NHS Lanarkshire Staff Awards 2026 will be revealed this week.
A series of videos will be shared over the coming weeks, placing the spotlight on this year’s finalists and celebrating their remarkable contributions across NHS Lanarkshire.
Each video will introduce the finalists, highlight the important roles they play and explain why their colleagues felt they deserved to be shortlisted for an award.
The videos will help build towards this year’s Staff Awards ceremony, which will take place on Wednesday 7 October.
The annual awards recognise the dedication, compassion, innovation and teamwork demonstrated by staff and volunteers throughout NHS Lanarkshire.
They also provide an opportunity to share the inspiring stories behind the nominations and celebrate the difference colleagues make to patients, services and communities every day.
