iMatter deadline for North and South HSCP staff

Jun 25, 2026

Staff within North and South Lanarkshire health & social care partnerships are being reminded of the deadline to complete their iMatter staff experience survey.

In a video, Claire Rae, chief officer, University Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire, addresses staff within the North Partnership to explain the importance of completing the staff experience survey and encourages them to take part by Monday 29 June.

Professor Soumen Sengupta, chief officer, South Lanarkshire University Health and Social Care Partnership, said: “The commitment our teams show across Lanarkshire to delivering and developing care is central to the services we provide to individuals and families.

“iMatter provides an important opportunity for us to listen and understand what is working well and where we can do more to support our colleagues in their roles. That feedback helps shape improvements in the working experience across our services, which in turn supports the care we deliver to patients and communities.

“I would encourage everyone to take a few minutes to complete the survey and share their views.”

Completing the questionnaire – online, on paper or by SMS (text messaging) – allows staff the chance to give feedback on, and be involved in, influencing change and improvement in their workplace.

Staff can take just 10 minutes out of their day to fill in their questionnaire, completed anonymously. Completed questionnaires will be processed by an external company making it totally confidential.

Please take the time to fill in your iMatter questionnaire by Monday 29 June. If you are in one of the groups of staff within the North or South health & social care partnership and have not received your questionnaire, please speak to your line manager.
