The HSCP officially launched Care Opinion last December, providing an online space for patients, service users, families, and unpaid carers to post their feedback and experiences.
Ms Claire Rae, Head of Health and Social Care for the Partnership, said:
“Our collaboration with Care Opinion will further strengthen a culture of transparency and transformation spanning a diverse range of services.
“Crucially, Care Opinion will enhance our understanding of people’s experiences with health and care, so it’s important relevant staff take the opportunity to attend these sessions.
“The goal has been to ensure that, as we continue to push this platform to our communities, we are responsive to all those who engage with us.
“We look forward to continuing to embrace Care Opinion as part of our daily efforts in delivering safe, effective care to communities across South Lanarkshire.”

Responding to stories, Thursday 16 May 10am for all staff who will be responsible for responding to stories published on Care Opinion
Using reports & visualisations, Wed 22/05/2024 2pm for all staff who will be responsible for running reports and stats on Care Opinion
