Neil Gray MSP, Cabinet Secretary for NHS Recovery, Health and Social Care, visited NHS Lanarkshire yesterday to hear about the Rapid Cancer Diagnostic Service.
During this visit, the Cabinet Secretary took time to record a video message for staff across NHS Lanarkshire.
