NHS Lanarkshire is hosting two online events as part of its public engagement on its new healthcare strategy.
The events will give the public a chance to shape how NHS Lanarkshire delivers healthcare for future generations.
The Microsoft Teams online events will take place on:
- Thursday 11 May at 10:30am
- Thursday 1 June at 6:30pm
To receive the meeting link, people need to register to attend by sending an email to ourhealthtogether@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk with “public meeting” in the subject line and provide their name, daytime contact number and the first part of their postcode. People can also indicate if they require British Sign Language interpretation.
Senior staff will give a presentation and, following this, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share their views.
Calvin Brown, NHS Lanarkshire Director of Communications, said: “The residents of Lanarkshire and our staff will play an important part in how we deliver our services in the future. We need to learn about what matters to the people in our communities and our staff.
“All feedback we receive will be used to inform the design, planning and delivery of services in Lanarkshire.
“We will continue to have discussions throughout 2023 and hope to have a final draft of our strategy, ‘Our Health Together – Living Our Best Lives in Lanarkshire’, by November 2023.”
