NHS Lanarkshire is wishing a fond farewell to Kirsty Orr, Head of Planning and Development, as she leaves to take up her new appointment as Chief Officer of Clackmannanshire and Stirling Integration Joint Board.
During her time with NHS Lanarkshire, Kirsty has contributed to a wide range of strategic planning, service development and improvement programmes, working with colleagues across acute services, Health and Social Care Partnerships and corporate teams.
Her work has included supporting major service and infrastructure developments, including the Monklands Replacement Project, alongside wider planning and service redesign across Lanarkshire.
Ben Hannan, Director of Service Transformation, Planning and Performance, said:
“I want to congratulate Kirsty on her appointment and thank her for her contribution to NHS Lanarkshire.
“Kirsty has brought considerable knowledge, experience and commitment to a range of complex areas of work. Since joining Lanarkshire in April, I have personally valued her insight, honesty and support.
“As someone originally from Stirling, I’m particularly pleased to see Kirsty taking on this important role in an area that means a great deal to me.
“On behalf of colleagues across NHS Lanarkshire, I wish Kirsty every success and happiness in this next chapter of her career.”
