You may need to have an injection before you go on holiday, to stop you becoming ill or to cure an illness.

Tell the nurse if you have any allergies.

Worried about injection

You should tell them if you are worried.

You can have an injection in your arm, leg or bottom.

They will tell you what they are doing.

They will clean your arm before giving you the injection.

The injection might be sore.
