You will use a walking frame.
Then you will use two sticks/crutches.

Move the walking aid first.
Then your operated leg.
Then your un-operated leg.

Lift your feet when turning round.
Do not twist or turn on your operated leg.
Do not pivot on your operated leg when turning around.
