Andy Fleming will retire in April after 37 years’ service as an autism practitioner.
Andy, who was based at Kirklands Headquarters, has held many roles over the years with the learning disability services as well as within wider services.
In 2006, Andy took on the role of autism nurse practitioner and established a diagnostic service for people with learning disabilities. Andy was known to go above and beyond for everyone he helped.
His team have all spoken on how much of a difference he has had on the many lives of people with autism and those who care for them.
The team would like to wish Andy a happy and long retirement. Andy will be missed by everyone in the team and those around him.
