Primary care staff are invited to join a series of informal lunchtime drop-in sessions designed to provide practical support with three primary care toolkits, which support the priorities of Lanarkshire’s Primary Care Action Plan.
The sessions will cover the Care Navigation, Workflow and Read Coding, and Appointment Balance Review toolkits. Each drop-in gives colleagues the opportunity to ask questions, discuss challenges, share learning and get practical advice on using the toolkits effectively in day-to-day practice.
Each drop-in session will run from 1pm to 2pm and are scheduled over different days to allow as many people to join as possible.
Colleagues can join the session most relevant to them, whether looking for a quick answer, support with implementation, or an opportunity to hear how others are using the tools.
The toolkit drop-ins are being delivered by the Primary Care Improvement Team Improvement Advisors.
