Following engagement with senior leaders in late 2025, the values project has moved onto its next phase, with a direct focus on working with teams.
The Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team will be engaging directly with teams across the organisation in interactive sessions designed to bring the values and behaviours to life. Teams will explore what the values mean for their work, how to embed them into everyday practice, and have the opportunity to celebrate their successes along the way.
These sessions are designed to help ensure the values are fully integrated into daily practice — shaping behaviours, leadership and workplace culture.
Siobhan McRorie, Learning & Organisational Development Manager, said: “After a couple of years in development, it’s exciting to see this work coming to life with teams across the organisation. The feedback from the sessions so far has been really positive, with teams really valuing the opportunity to reflect, learn, and celebrate their successes”.
The L&OD team are actively contacting leaders to schedule team sessions – keep an eye out for an email coming your way soon!
