SPOTLIGHT

Supporting Your Wellbeing: Join Our Virtual Workshops

Apr 9, 2025

April is Stress Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about stress, its impact, and strategies to manage it effectively. In recognition of this, NHS Lanarkshire is offering two virtual workshops aimed at supporting staff wellbeing and fostering a healthier work environment.

Stress is a natural response to challenging situations, but prolonged stress can negatively affect both mental and physical health. Recognising the signs of stress early and implementing effective coping strategies are crucial for maintaining overall wellbeing. These workshops are designed to equip staff with the knowledge and tools needed to manage stress proactively.
