The wait is almost over! Staff Health & Wellbeing Week 2025 starts this Monday, 10 March, bringing a week full of engaging events and activities designed to support NHS Lanarkshire staff.
Lesley McKay, Project Manager, Staff Health & Wellbeing, said: “Taking care of our wellbeing is more important than ever. This week is an opportunity for staff to prioritise themselves and engage with the many support services available.
“Ensuring staff have access to the right wellbeing tools is vital in creating a supportive and resilient workplace. We understand the challenges that come with balancing professional and personal responsibilities, which is why this week is designed to offer a variety of accessible and practical resources. From expert-led sessions on stress management to financial wellbeing advice, there is something for everyone.
“I encourage all staff to take time for themselves, explore the sessions on offer, and make the most of this opportunity to focus on their health and wellbeing.”

📢 SHWB Launch Event – Featuring Colin Maclachlan, sharing his experiences in resilience and leadership.
🧘 Mindfulness & Stress Management – Daily sessions to help staff unwind and refocus.
