Salus is here to help you

Aug 26, 2024

Salus occupational health, safety and return to work services can provide workforce support on matters related to health and work. It can offer support, solutions, advice, guidance and information from a wide range of professionals such as case management.

Salus case management can play a significant role in promoting and maintaining mental health and well-being by providing a confidential, safe space where staff can seek help, whether it is to tackle the stresses of everyday life, remain at work or return from sickness.

Case management involves a holistic telephone-based assessment which looks at your health and wellbeing, your mental and emotional state and your current circumstances.

Occupational health case management (OHCM) is a holistic approach to supporting staff to help address and manage factors that are adversely affecting your overall wellbeing. If you require support, please contact the Salus helpline on 01698 759333.

Everyone has mental health as well as physical health, so it is important to look after yourself in order to continue to do the job that you do.
