Return of Quality Week

May 4, 2023

Quality Week returns on Monday 15 May, giving everyone in NHS Lanarkshire the chance to take part in learning and development sessions and celebrate the improvement work going on throughout the organisation.

The new NHS Lanarkshire Quality Strategy 2023-2029 will also be launched during Quality Week. To support this, Karon Cormack, director of quality will deliver two live MS Teams sessions, one on Wednesday 17 May, 1:30pm-2:30pm and one on Friday 19 May, 1pm-2pm.

Elizabeth Currie, quality programme manager with the quality directorate said:

“We have a great programme available this year, with a range of exciting sessions planned throughout the week offering something for everyone. Quality Week helps to spread quality improvement expertise throughout NHS Lanarkshire and gives people a chance to come together for shared learning.

“We will have a range of pre-recorded sessions staff can watch at a time that suits them, covering many topics including Realistic Medicine, Falls, Infection Prevention & Control and more. Links will be shared soon.”

Check out the main programme here and register for the live sessions you wish to attend.
