The programme will run in 10 week blocks and children/young people can be referred by completing this GOALS Referrer Form and emailing it to Dr Elinor Steel, Child Healthy Weight & Child and Young Person Weight Management Coordinator: Elinor.Steel@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk. You can also print the GOALS staff poster for your staff.

The next blocks will begin on:

– Week commencing 15 January 2024
– Week commencing 22 April 2024

Local venues will be selected to accommodate those referred to the programme and participants will be informed of their nearest venue up-to 1 week before their first class.

Each class will take place for 1.5 hours weekly, and consist of a nutrition session, physical activity session, discussion/feedback and next steps for the upcoming week.
