Final preparations are underway for this year’s Quality and Learning at Work Week which will take place from Monday 11 May to Friday 15 May.
Quality and Learning at Work Week is celebrated annually throughout NHS Lanarkshire when staff are invited to participate in a variety of learning and development opportunities as we celebrate the improvement work being carried out throughout the organisation.
Quality and Learning at Work Week is also a great way to connect with colleagues across the organisation, share experiences and celebrate success.
Elizabeth Currie, quality programme manager with the quality directorate, said: “We have a great programme again this year, with a range of exciting sessions planned throughout the week offering something for everyone. Quality and Learning at Work Week helps to spread quality improvement expertise throughout the organisation and gives staff a chance to come together to share any learning.”
The quality directorate and learning and organisational development teams have joined forces to create a comprehensive programme that has something for everyone.
Some of the sessions available this year include:
- Team-based quality reviews
- Human factors
- Using InPhase
- Coaching for Wellbeing in high stress workplaces
- AI for everyday use
- Management Essentials café
- Living our values
- Compassionate leadership and many more.
