NHS Lanarkshire is delighted to announce that nominations are now open for the Staff Awards 2024.
This is your opportunity to recognise and celebrate the outstanding contributions of teams and colleagues across the organisation.
The nominees will be reviewed by an independent judging panel, with shortlisted nominees being invited to the Staff Awards ceremony, which will take place this Autumn.
Additionally, all nominees will be considered for the Big Shout Out, an initiative that highlights creativity, innovation, and exceptional ways of working and caring for each other.
By submitting a nomination via the nomination portal, you will also have the chance to enter your nominee for upcoming national Scotland’s Health Awards, further acknowledging their dedication and hard work.
Calvin Brown, Director of Communications, said: “Our colleagues continually go above and beyond to deliver first-class patient care to the people of Lanarkshire. By nominating your peers, you will help us to celebrate their incredible efforts and dedication. Recognising the hard work and commitment of our staff not only highlights their contributions but also inspires others to strive for excellence.
“Our teams are currently on a significant transformation and reform journey, aimed at enhancing our services and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients. This period of change reflects our commitment to innovation and improvement, as we adapt to meet the evolving needs of our community. Celebrating our colleagues’ achievements is a vital part of this journey, as it showcases the positive impact of our collective efforts.
“I encourage everyone to take a moment to acknowledge the fantastic work being delivered across our organisation and to show appreciation for those who make a real difference every day.”
