Staff are being encouraged to nominate a colleague for the NHS Lanarkshire Staff Awards 2024.

This is your opportunity to recognise and celebrate the outstanding contributions of teams and colleagues across the organisation.

The nominees will be reviewed by an independent judging panel, with shortlisted nominees being invited to the Staff Awards ceremony, which will take place this Autumn.

Additionally, all nominees will be considered for the Big Shout Out, an initiative that highlights creativity, innovation, and exceptional ways of working and caring for each other.

By submitting a nomination via the nomination portal, you will also have the chance to enter your nominee for upcoming national Scotland’s Health Awards, further acknowledging their dedication and hard work.

Martin Hill, board chair, said: “This is your opportunity to recognise and celebrate the outstanding contributions of individuals and teams across the organisation.

“Let me encourage everyone just to take a moment to acknowledge the fantastic work being delivered across the organisation and to show appreciation for those that make a real difference every day.

“There is so much good work happening. Across the organisation that it’s very easy to identify those people and teams that are going above and beyond.

“To submit your nominations to the NHS Lanarkshire Staff Awards, visit the online Awards nomination portal. By nominating your peers, you’ll help us celebrate the incredible efforts and dedication.

“Recognising the hard work and commitment of all of our staff not only highlights their contributions, but also inspires others to strive for excellence.”
