Professor Jann Gardner, NHS Lanarkshire Chief Executive and BCE Lead for Digital, presented at the event’s closing plenary setting out a positive vision of how digital approaches in health and care are integral for recovery and future sustainability.
Giving examples from Lanarkshire’s digital plans she talked about how they can enhance people’s experiences, offer empowerment and flexibility, and ease service pressures.
