The finalists for this year’s NHS Lanarkshire Staff Awards Ceremony have been announced, following a thorough and competitive judging process.
Individuals and teams from across the organisation have been recognised for their exceptional dedication, compassion, and innovation in their roles.
The awards ceremony, set to take place on Wednesday, 2 October, will celebrate excellence across several categories, including Care and Compassion, Innovation, Collaboration, Volunteering and Global Citizenship. The ceremony will also feature the Chief Executive Award, Chair Award, and a Special Recognition Award.

The high standard of nominations made the selection process extremely challenging, reflecting the outstanding work being carried out across NHS Lanarkshire. The four strong judging panel comprised of: Maureen Lees, Kirsty Cole, Philip Couser and Sylvia Stewart.
