New branding selected for Hairmyres Site Safety Improvement Programme

Mar 22, 2026

Participants in the recent Site Safety Improvement workshops at University Hospital Hairmyres have selected new branding that will be used across communications and materials linked to the programme.

The design was chosen by staff who took part in all four improvement workshops, helping to ensure the visual style reflects the people involved in shaping and delivering improvements across the site.

The Site Safety Improvement Programme is focused on creating space for safer care at Hairmyres. The workshops bring together colleagues from a range of services to identify opportunities to improve safety, patient flow and the working environment.

Lynne Huckerby, Deputy Director of Acute Services, said: “The Site Safety Improvement Programme brings together colleagues from across the Hairmyres site to look at how we can continue improving the environment we work in and the care we provide for patients.

“Having a consistent visual identity for the programme will help colleagues quickly recognise information and updates linked to this work. It’s particularly fitting that the branding was selected by staff who have been directly involved in the improvement workshops and are helping shape the next steps for the programme.”

The branding will now begin to appear across communications and materials linked to the Site Safety Improvement Programme.
