National Wellbeing Week 2026 is now underway across NHS Lanarkshire, with a wide range of activities and resources available throughout the week to support staff health and wellbeing.
Running until Friday 26 June, the week offers a mix of in-person sessions across sites and online resources that can be accessed at a time that suits you. From workshops and practical sessions to informal wellbeing activities and advice, there are still plenty of opportunities to get involved.
Whether you’re able to attend a session, explore an online resource or simply take a moment to focus on your own wellbeing, there are flexible options designed to fit around busy working days. The programme includes support on topics such as mental health, financial wellbeing and building positive, inclusive workplace cultures.
Lesley Mackay, Staff Health & Wellbeing, said: “National Wellbeing Week is about making it easier for staff to access support and take time to focus on their wellbeing, even in small ways.
“We know that not everyone can step away for long periods, so the programme has been designed to offer flexible options that fit around different roles and working patterns.
“There is still time to get involved, whether that’s joining a session, exploring the available resources or simply taking a few moments to focus on your own wellbeing. Every small step can make a difference.”
The full programme of events, including sessions still to come this week, is available on the Staff Support and Wellbeing webpage.
Staff are encouraged to explore what’s available and take part in activities that support their health and wellbeing.
