Migraine is a common, severe and painful condition that can affect anyone at any time. Attacks can make it difficult to function properly and can last between 4 hours and three days.
If you are one of the one in seven who suffer sever migraines, there is support available. As well as your local pharmacy there are other sources of information and advice, including The Migraine Trust.
If you are experiencing the following symptoms
- headache, head pain or fatigue
- seeing flashing lights
- changes in your senses including smell, sounds and sight
- experiencing nausea
please seek help as soon as possible. It really can make a massive difference to your life.
This month a public webinar will offer information and education from Neuro Consultants and trained professionals. It is being hosted by NHS Grampian and the Migraine Trust on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 between 19:00 and 20:30 hours.
If you suffer from migraine and are interest in joining the webinar you can register at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/navigating-migraine-understanding-migraine-and-accessing-community-support-tickets-1083887770499?aff=oddtdtcreator.
