As part of the 2023-24 pay settlement for Agenda for Change (AfC), it was agreed to conduct a review of Band 5 nursing roles.

There is information on the HR website (via the link above) on the process and how to access support. There are also links to the online digital application portal, a downloadable word version of application questionnaire and guidance on completing an application. You are also encouraged to seek support from your manager and trade union representative.
A number of drop in sessions are being arranged across Lanarkshire offering support and advice. We will provide more details when dates and times have been finalised.
