The full schedule of events for Staff Health and Wellbeing Week is set to be unveiled next week.

This eagerly anticipated annual event promises a diverse range of activities and resources aimed at nurturing the physical and mental health of staff across NHS Lanarkshire.

The organizing committee has been working tirelessly to ensure this week is both informative and enjoyable.

Taking place at various locations across Lanarkshire and accessible online via MSTeams, Staff Health and Wellbeing Week promises something for everyone. The event line-up includes engaging activities and sessions, such as:

  • Stop Smoking and Alcohol Brief Intervention: Get the support you need to kick unhealthy habits.

In addition to these fantastic events, the SAMH Wellbeing on Wheels will be rolling into NHS Lanarkshire sites throughout the week. This drop-in mental health support service offers invaluable peer-led support from SAMH peer workers who have their own experiences with mental health issues and recovery.

Whether you’re struggling with low mood, low confidence, feeling isolated, or simply need guidance on mental health challenges, the Wellbeing on Wheels team is there to provide non-judgmental support and connect you with the resources you need. No appointments or referrals are required—just hop on board and start your journey toward improved mental health and well-being.
