Staff within corporate services are being reminded of the deadline to complete their iMatter staff experience survey.
Teams within human resources (HR), organisational development, Salus, information and digital, finance, public health, strategic planning (including PSSD), communications, medical and the nursing, midwifery and allied health profession (NMAHP) directorate – including the corporate management team – have until Monday 8 June to complete their questionnaire.
Completing the questionnaire – online, on paper or by SMS (text messaging) – allows staff the chance to give feedback on, and be involved in, influencing change and improvement in their workplace.
Staff can take just 10 minutes out of their day to fill in their questionnaire, completed anonymously. Completed questionnaires will be processed by an external company making it totally confidential.
Isabel Doris, L&OD programme manager and iMatter lead, said: “The voice of our staff is incredibly important. iMatter is more than just a survey – it gives colleagues a meaningful opportunity to share their views, highlight what’s working well and influence positive change within their teams.
“Listening to staff feedback helps line managers better understand their team’s day-to-day experience and identify where support may be needed. Ultimately, this enables us to create working environments where staff feel valued, supported and motivated to deliver their best”.
Please take the time to fill in your iMatter questionnaire by Monday 8 June. If you are in one of the groups of staff within corporate services and have not received your questionnaire, please speak to your line manager.
