With less than a week to go, preparations are well underway for Staff Health & Wellbeing Week 2025, which takes place from 10-16 March.
This year’s programme is designed to support NHS Lanarkshire staff in looking after their mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
Lesley McKay, Project Manager, Staff Health & Wellbeing, said: “Staff health and wellbeing is a key priority for us, and this dedicated week gives everyone the opportunity to take time for themselves, reflect on their wellbeing, and explore the fantastic resources available.
“We understand the pressures our staff face daily, and this week is designed to provide them with the tools, support, and space they need to recharge and focus on their personal wellbeing. I encourage everyone to take part and make the most of these sessions.”
Throughout the week, staff will have access to a variety of events, including expert talks, mindfulness sessions, and practical workshops on financial wellbeing, stress management, and mental health support.
Lesley added: “This year, we have an exciting mix of virtual and interactive sessions tailored to meet the needs of our staff. We understand that balancing work and personal commitments can be challenging, which is why we have ensured that our programme is flexible and accessible. Whether you can join live or catch up later, there are plenty of opportunities to engage.”
