We have recently had a few occasions where teams in NHS Lanarkshire have been sent formal notifications from companies like Vimeo and Canva highlighting possible copyright breaches. This usually involves videos NHSL has created and owns but may have used music/images that are copyrighted. These notifications can be worrying for staff as they are very formal and require the owners to enter into conversation around possible legal breaches.
