iMatter: Turning Feedback into Living Values

Aug 20, 2025

Our values—Care and Compassion, Dignity and Respect, Openness, Honesty and Responsibility, and Quality and Teamwork

As we near the conclusion of this year’s iMatter survey, the Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team would like to thank colleagues for their input.

Your 2025 iMatter responses will shape our culture and actively shape and propel work on values and culture.

Siobhan McRorie, Learning and Organisational Development Manager, said: “Over the past year, the L&OD team have been designing our organisational values and behaviours in conjunction with colleagues. For the first time, we are bringing the two streams together: the team Employee Engagement Index provided through iMatter responses will directly inform where and when we roll-out our team values and behaviours development sessions”.

“The L&OD team are excited to begin working directly with teams in August this year to begin to explore understand what the new values and behaviours mean for teams, and discover how we can all live them in practical, meaningful ways”.

The new values, launching this Autumn, are: Care and Compassion, Dignity and Respect, Openness, Honesty and Responsibility and Quality and Teamwork.
