Staff will have the opportunity to learn practical skills to manage stress and improve their wellbeing as free Stress Control classes return in March 2025.
The six-week course is designed to help individuals develop techniques to cope with everyday challenges, including anxiety, low confidence, and sleep problems. Each 90-minute session provides valuable insights into stress management, covering topics such as controlling panic, regulating emotions, and shaping a positive future.
Importantly, attendees do not need to share personal experiences—they can simply listen, learn, and take away useful tools to apply in daily life. The sessions are open to anyone aged 16 and over, and there is no need to register in advance, except for one venue with limited spaces. Participants are also welcome to bring a friend or family member for support.
The new March 2025 course dates and venues are as follows:

Thursdays, 20 March – 24 April, 6:30pm – 8:00pm - Hamilton – Fairhill Lifestyles Centre (ML3 8HJ)
