Katie is part of a team of diabetes specialist nurses who cover different areas in both North and South Lanarkshire. The team work closely together to manage poorly controlled Type 2 diabetic patients.
As well as closely working with primary care, the team also liaises with secondary care services in all 3 hospital sites.
