Clinical supervision for nurses and midwives survey

Oct 22, 2024

Clinical supervision is essential across the nursing and midwifery workforce to support and provide professional reflection in your roles.

The importance of supporting, valuing and developing staff is well reported across literature and there are key national drivers for the implementation of clinical supervision across the nursing and midwifery workforce (CNOD Nursing 2030 vision). The NHS Education for Scotland model of clinical supervision encompasses practice, professional and restorative supervision.

To find out more about the national model, please see the short animation which can be accessed at: https://vimeo.com/725264126
