South Lanarkshire University Health and Social Care Partnership is providing further staff training for Care Opinion.
The HSCP has launched Care Opinion to provide an online space for patients, service users, families, and unpaid carers to post their feedback and experiences.
Ms Claire Rae, Head of Health and Social Care for the Partnership, has encouraged all relevant staff groups to attend.
“Our collaboration with Care Opinion will further strengthen a culture of transparency and transformation spanning a diverse range of services,” she said.
“Crucially, Care Opinion will enhance our understanding of people’s experiences with health and care, so it’s important relevant staff take the opportunity to attend these sessions.
“The goal has been to ensure that, as we continue to push this platform to our communities, we are responsive to all those who engage with us.
“We look forward to continuing to embrace Care Opinion as part of our daily efforts in delivering safe, effective care to communities across South Lanarkshire.”
