The Staff GREATix of the month award at University Hospital Wishaw is to begin with its first nomination this month.
A member of staff out of all the GREATix tickets submitted is nominated each month. It could be a domestic, portering, clerical, nursing, doctor, catering staff member etc. The director/head of the relevant department will spend a few minutes visiting the staff member on site and handing over a physical certificate and thanking them, with a photo.
Don’t forget to get your GREATix tickets submitted, reporting excellence and good practice via Applications in FirstPort, QR codes on posters, or by paper copy.
