Do you know a team that deserves a Big Shout Out? We want to hear about the fantastic work that teams are doing across NHS Lanarkshire to move services forward. Get in touch and sing their praises!
We would love to hear about teams that are changing things for the better. This might be through new ways of working or collaborating with others. The team may be looking at improving sustainability and looking after the environment. Or they may be looking at wellbeing, and how they care for patients or colleagues.
There are so many ways in which our teams are adapting to implement new ways of working, let’s give them the Big Shout Out they deserve and recognise their incredible work.
Who should I nominate and why?
You can nominate any team within the organisation, and you don’t have to work within the team being nominated.
We have deliberately tried not to be prescriptive in terms of categories or criteria, as there are so many ways in which teams are doing great work and we don’t want to limit the opportunity. Below are some questions you may wish to consider when nominating a team and expressing why you believe they deserve a Big Shout Out.
- Creativity and Innovation:
- Have the team implemented new ideas and techniques on how they deliver their service e.g. use of technology?
- Have the team implemented smarter ways of working or found a more user friendly way to deliver a service?
- Ways of Working
- Have the team collaborated with others to improve how a service is delivered?
- Have the team found a way to make more of their time/resources?
- Caring for one another/our environment
- Have the team looked at how to improve wellbeing within the team?
- Have the team looked at sustainability and found ways to help the environment or reduce waste?
Changes can be big or small, if you think it deserves a Big Shout Out – get in touch!
