We are embarking on an exciting new model of care.

The new model will support the delivery of Operation FLOW 2 – a plan to make improvements during the summer and to prepare for winter.

To help achieve this, we are recruiting to healthcare roles, including some brand new roles. Our aim is to recruit an additional healthcare staff on both a permanent and temporary basis.

With this additional staff, and our new model of care, we will make NHS Lanarkshire the best place to be cared for and a great place to work.
