About our Modern Apprenticeship Programme

Our Modern Apprenticeship Programme is a great way for 16-24 year olds to get experience directly in the workplace, working within NHS Lanarkshire while studying towards a college level qualification.

Completing our programme will give you skills and experience which will help you to progress and succeed within your career along with gaining recognised qualifications.

If you are a practical person that likes learning on the job this could be a great pathway for you as you earn a salary while you learn.

At NHS Lanarkshire, we provide you with a lot of support on your Modern Apprenticeship journey, with Mentors and an Employability team to help you with anything you need, alongside the support you will receive in the department you are placed within.
