In this week’s video, Heather speaks about the latest number of Covid-19 cases in hospital and in the community. There are no patients in intensive care at present and it hoped that this will help improve hospital flow. However, NHS Lanarkshire remains at the highest level of risk.
Heather also gives an update on the recent summit with partnership and the joint employability session with our local authority partners.
Finally, Heather congratulates the mental health and learning disabilities team. The team has recently been accredited by the Serious Incident Review Accreditation Network (SIRAN) at the Royal College of Psychiatrist –  making NHS Lanarkshire the first health board in Scotland to achieve this.
