Deadline for acute services and interface directorate to participate in iMatter

Jun 18, 2026

Staff within acute services and interface directorate have until Monday 22 June to complete their iMatter staff experience survey.

Completing the questionnaire – online, on paper or by SMS (text messaging) – allows staff the chance to give feedback on, and be involved in, influencing change and improvement in their workplace.

Arwel Williams, director of acute services, said: “We really appreciate the significant continued efforts of our staff over the last year. They have shown exceptional dedication and commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care to all our patients despite consistently facing challenges.

“I would encourage teams within acute services to take time to complete their iMatter questionnaire as the voice of our staff is incredibly important. This will help line managers better understand their team’s day-to-day experience and to inform any support that may be required to ensure that our colleagues feel motivated, supported and cared for at work.”

Staff should be supported to take 10 minutes out of their day to fill in their questionnaire, completed anonymously. Completed questionnaires will be processed by an external company making it totally confidential.

Please take the time to fill in your iMatter questionnaire by Monday 22 June. If you are in one of the groups of staff and have not received your questionnaire, please speak to your line manager.

For any queries, please contact your local iMatter champion – details can be found here.
