NHS Lanarkshire is committed to every colleague having a voice in shaping their experience at work.
iMatter should be more than just a survey or a ‘tick box’ exercise – it is an opportunity for staff to share what is working well, what could be better and what would make the biggest difference to their team.
Staff from the learning and organisational development (L&OD) team will hold a series of iMatter ‘buzz’ sessions via Microsoft Teams to help staff reconnect with the purpose of iMatter, understand why their feedback matters and explore how results can support meaningful team improvements.
Isabel Doris, L&OD programme manager, said: “I would really encourage staff to take the opportunity to join one of our iMatter buzz sessions. The voice of our staff is incredibly important. iMatter is more than just a survey – it gives colleagues a meaningful opportunity to share their views, highlight what’s working well and influence positive change within their teams.
“Listening to staff feedback helps line managers better understand their team’s day-to-day experience and identify where support may be needed. Ultimately, this enables us to create working environments where staff feel valued, supported and motivated to deliver their best”.
