Staff across NHS Lanarkshire are being encouraged to make use of the Staff Support and Wellbeing webpage, a central hub bringing together a wide range of resources, services and opportunities to support health and wellbeing at work and beyond.
The webpage provides easy access to practical support across key areas including mental health, physical wellbeing and financial advice, as well as information on local and national initiatives and events. It has been designed to ensure staff can quickly find relevant, up-to-date support in one accessible place.
Regular updates are made to reflect current campaigns and available support, helping to keep content relevant and visible to staff across all roles and sites. The page also signposts to a variety of internal and external services, ensuring a wide range of support options are available to meet different needs.
Lesley Mackay, Staff Health & Wellbeing, said: “We know how important it is for staff to be able to easily access the right support at the right time. The Staff Support and Wellbeing webpage brings together a wide range of resources in one place, making it simpler to find practical help, advice and services that can support both personal and professional wellbeing.
“Whether someone is looking for mental health resources, financial support or ways to improve their physical wellbeing, the page is designed to help staff quickly navigate to what they need and feel supported.”
