As part of this year’s planning for winter, we’re holding informal drop‑in feedback sessions and an online survey to hear directly from staff about their experience of last winter.
We’re keen to understand what worked well, what didn’t, the impact of winter‑funded schemes, and what should be prioritised next winter. Your feedback will help shape future planning and preparedness.
Drop‑in feedback sessions
All sessions are informal and listening‑focused – you can drop in for as long as you’re able.
