As Virtual Ward Spotlight Week continues, we are inviting colleagues to see the model for themselves.
On Monday 16, Wednesday 18 and Friday 20 March, we will be running Virtual Ward Espresso sessions – short, focused webinars designed to give staff a clear and practical overview of how the service works and how it may support your patients.
There is no need to book in advance. All we ask is that you let us know which session you plan to attend by emailing LAN.interface@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk. Simply join using the Teams link below at a time that suits you.
These sessions are deliberately informal. They are not slide-heavy presentations, but an opportunity to:
- See the remote monitoring technology in action
- Understand how referrals and coordination work in practice
- Hear directly from the team delivering the service
- Ask questions openly
Most of the session will be dedicated to discussion. If you have questions, concerns, or simply want to understand how Virtual Wards operate day-to-day, this is the space to explore that.
Whether you work in acute care, community services, primary care, or alongside urgent care pathways, you are very welcome to join.
