Last month we welcomed Arwel Williams and Fiona McEwan to the senior management team.
Fiona has taken up the role of Director of Finance and joins us from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC).
She is a Chartered Accountant and brings extensive experience in financial leadership across the NHS and public sector. She was previously Assistant Director of Finance – Financial Planning and Performance with NHSGGC and during her time there she led major finance and corporate services departments, delivered significant savings programmes, and overseen strategic planning and transformation initiatives.
Arwel brings with him a wealth of experience to face the challenges ahead as Director of Acute Services.
He joined the NHS through the English NHS Management Training Scheme in September 2007 and held a variety of operational management and commissioning roles throughout the West Midlands and North West of England.
In 2015, Arwel relocated to Scotland and held various roles in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde including Director for Regional and Diagnostic Services and Director of the South Sector.
