NHS Lanarkshire staff are invited to take part in two upcoming online webinars exploring how organisational values and culture are experienced in everyday work – and what really supports meaningful, lasting behaviour change.
Delivered by Keeley Addison, Founder and Director of WithIN Consultancy, the sessions are open to all staff and are designed to be practical, accessible and reflective, creating space for honest conversation about values, behaviours and how change happens in real workplaces.
Siobhan McRorie MCIPD, Learning and Organisational Development Manager, said:
“Our values sit at the heart of how we work in NHS Lanarkshire, but bringing them to life in meaningful, authentic ways can look different for everyone. These sessions create space for people to reflect on what our values and behaviours mean in practice, and how we can support positive, lasting change in our day-to-day work.”
Staff can choose to attend one or both sessions, depending on their interests.
