NHS Lanarkshire’s new Values branding is now popping up across our sites, bringing our recently launched values to life in bright, visible and accessible ways.
The first installation at Kirklands is complete, with bold wall decals and graphics now helping staff, patients and visitors easily recognise the principles that guide how we work.
The rollout is gathering pace, with acute sites next to feature the new designs and plans underway to extend the branding throughout the Health and Social Care Partnerships.
This marks a significant step in embedding our values into everyday environments, ensuring they are seen, felt and understood across all services. The installations provide clear points within buildings where staff can find information on support, development and organisational resources, helping create consistent and welcoming spaces for colleagues and service users.
Siobhan McRorie, Learning & Organisational Development Manager, said: “Our values are central to how we work and how we care for the people of Lanarkshire. Having consistent, visible branding across our sites helps bring these values to life.
“It’s fantastic to see the installations taking shape, and we’re looking forward to completing the rollout across our acute sites and into the partnerships in the coming weeks.”
The installation programme will continue over the coming months.
