Staff have until midnight on Sunday 23 November to have their say on what it is like to work in NHS Lanarkshire.
The survey (called the culture assessment tool) has been designed to provide information on how our values are lived, the behaviours we see at work and the way of life where we work in NHS Lanarkshire.
In a video, Louise Long, Chief Executive, reminds staff of the importance to take part in the survey and how they can get involved.
The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
If you are an NHS Lanarkshire member of staff and have not received an email from AOD, the survey can be accessed through the unique QR code below. The QR code is included in posters which are displayed throughout NHS Lanarkshire.

Individual responses will not be identifiable. NHS Lanarkshire will receive a summary report and individual views will not be known to the organisation.
Staff without access to IT equipment can complete the survey in any of NHS Lanarkshire’s libraries which are based in the three acute hospitals. Computers are available at all sites and staff can provide support with logging on. Libraries are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For more information, including FAQs and an information video visit the dedicated page on FirstPort.
Please take the time to complete the survey by 23 November.
