Join Us for Staff Health & Wellbeing Week – March 10-16, 2025!

We are excited to invite you to Staff Health & Wellbeing Week, taking place from Monday, 10 March, to Sunday, 16 March.

The online sessions listed below, along with site events, are designed to raise awareness of the health and wellbeing support services and resources available to help staff navigate the options that may benefit them when needed. We encourage you to participate in the sessions throughout the week.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Virtual Sessions: Join from the comfort of your workspace or home.
  • Information & Awareness Stalls: Visit these at Acute and Community sites to learn more about the available support.

We understand the demands on everyone’s time, but we encourage you to support yourself, your colleagues, and your team by participating in one or more sessions or accessing the resources shared throughout the week. Even a small investment in your wellbeing can make a big difference.

To help us evaluate the sessions staff attended, as well as the overall Staff Health & Wellbeing week, we kindly ask you to spare a few minutes to complete a short Feedback Form. By doing so, you will help NHS Lanarkshire shape future events to better support staff health and wellbeing.
