Lanarkshire Stress Control Classes (Free)

The Covid-19 pandemic, and associated restrictions, mean that NHS Lanarkshire is currently unable to run Stress Control classes.

NHS Lanarkshire Psychological Services have produced a new video-based course called Calm Distress. Over five friendly sessions of around 20 minutes each. Calm Distress will give you lots of useful information about managing stress and coping with difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions. The course has been designed for you to use in your own time, whenever you want. You can watch the videos as often as you like, in any order you like.

For more information, and to register for Calm Distress, visit the Lanarkshire Mind Matters website.

Please note: Calm Distress is designed to help you learn new coping skills over time. If you are looking for urgent help, visit our dedicated Urgent Help webpage or contact your GP.
